With a degree in business, his passion for entrepreneurship began at a young age with the resale of sneakers and dropshiping at the start of his studies. During covid, he deliver tens of millions of masks to supermarkets. Following this adventure, he went into real estate, where he trained with developers and in the technical design office Concept control SA. He then went on to make acquisitions and operations for himself and his family. After, he launched Elysium Invest. During this period, he also founded a content creation agency that worked for major brands such as Coca-Cola, Milka and others.
Lucas Heremans
Sales executive director & Founder
After graduating in finance, he specialized with an MBA. Then, he began his career in a well-known construction company to be poached later by the Sacyr group with which for 15 years, he supervised the entire financial department in Spain, Mexico and Italy. He ended up having 2000 million euros of construction under his responsibility. He is therefore an important piece in the development and management of the company
Carlos Marfil
CFO
Ex-military, professional marathon runner and founder of a company in the acquisition of drills having made several million euros. Vincent manages the legal side of the company on a daily basis with rigor and dedication as in his sporting or military past, in addition he is responsible for the good continuity of the company on a daily basis thanks to a serious background in management and development. His days are punctuated between negotiation, prevention of possible problems, instructing a precise work methodology in- terspersed with intense sports sessions to stay on track.
Vincent Ternet
Legal Director & Founder
Licenced as an architect/structurist in 2009, he worked for 2 years in a recognized company before studying construction engineering for 5 years. Subsequently, he will have the opportunity to manage the renovation of the Med Magna hotel, the construction of apartment buildings as well as villas on the Costa del Sol. He is therefore responsible for the production department at Elysium.
